About the Role
St. Mary's Regional Hospital is seeking a collaborative and experienced Operating Room Assistant RN Manager to support our surgical services team. This leadership role offers the opportunity to guide clinical excellence, mentor staff, and help shape an exceptional patient-care environment.
The Assistant Manager assists the Nurse Manager in managing daily nursing activities, providing leadership and performing delegated management functions such as resource allocation, ensuring a safe working environment, and optimizing patient care. The position is accountable for developing departmental structure, processes, and outcome standards for the unit. The role balances tactical day-to-day activities (60%), operational budget and performance management (35%), and strategic goal development aligned with the Intermountain/Regional Strategic Plan (5%).
