We are seeking experienced Registered Nurses to join our Acute Care teams across various departments, including Cardiology, Neurology, Orthopedics, Oncology, Operating Room, Peri-Anesthesia Care, Med/Surg Tele, Progressive Care, Intensive Care, and the Emergency Department. In this role, you will be responsible for the safe delivery and documentation of patient care through the nursing process of assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation.
You will function as a clinician, teacher, researcher, leader, and professional development specialist, utilizing critical thinking and problem-solving skills to differentiate urgency in patient care. Your practice will be guided by the American Nursing Association's clinical standards, the Florida Nurse Practice Act, and the code of ethics for nurses. You will collaborate with other professional disciplines to ensure effective patient care delivery and contribute to positive patient outcomes through excellence in customer service and performance improvement.
