About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Capital Nursing and Rehabilitation Center. In this role, you will ensure high-quality nursing care for our patients by adhering to physician orders, state and federal regulations, and facility policies. You will serve as a vital link between medical staff and patients, administering medications, performing treatments, and maintaining strict infection control measures.
A key aspect of this position involves leading, guiding, and supervising nursing assistants and orderlies to ensure work assignments are completed appropriately and on time. You will also assist physicians during rounds and physical examinations, ensuring patients are draped and cared for as necessary. Additionally, you will play a role in quality improvement by assisting with research related to nursing care and managing records for new admissions and annual physicals.
