About the Role
Professional Case Management is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse to provide in-home care for clients with complex medical needs, including former energy workers and their families. This role exists to ensure clinical excellence and regulatory compliance while supporting clients' independence in their own homes.
You will join a collaborative, growth-focused culture where you can make a meaningful impact through personalized, one-on-one care. The position involves performing comprehensive assessments, delivering skilled nursing care, managing medications and treatments, and coordinating closely with clients, families, and interdisciplinary teams. You will be responsible for implementing individualized care plans, administering IV therapy, wound care, and ventilator or tracheostomy care, while educating patients and families on disease management and safety.

Requirements
