We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for assuring quality nursing care by strictly following physician orders, state and federal regulations, and facility policies. You will administer all medications as ordered and lead, guide, and supervise nursing assistants and orderlies to ensure work assignments are completed appropriately and on time.
Your day will involve assisting physicians with rounds, remaining with patients during physical examinations and treatments, and performing scheduled treatments while maintaining strict infection control measures. You will also play a key role in the admission process, assisting with records, orders, and assessments for new patients, as well as ensuring annual physicals are scheduled and documented timely. Success in this position requires the ability to make critical decisions regarding nursing problems, understanding the serious consequences of errors, and demonstrating patience, tact, and cooperation with patients, families, doctors, and other departments.
