About the Role
This Full-time Registered Nurse position is designed for those who want more than just a shift—they want purpose. As a Home Health RN in Shelby County, TN, you will step outside the hospital environment to become an integral part of your patients' daily lives. Your day will involve performing assessments, coordinating care with physicians and interdisciplinary teams, and delivering therapeutic, preventative, and rehabilitative nursing care. You will monitor patient progress, update plans of care, and support patients and families through all stages of their journey, all while maintaining accurate and timely documentation.
