We are seeking Registered Nurses to partner with us as independent contractors within the Reserve Health Readiness Program (RHRP) in Montana. In this role, you will provide essential health readiness services to maintain a deployable military force for the U.S. Army Reserve, Army National Guard, U.S. Navy Reserve, U.S. Marine Forces Reserve, U.S. Coast Guard Reserve, Air National Guard, and U.S. Air Force Reserve.
This position primarily operates on weekends, with occasional weekdays on an "as needed" basis. You will serve as a vital link in the medical evaluation process, supporting physical health assessments and reviewing health histories, service member medical records, and questionnaires. Your expertise will be crucial in interviewing military personnel to identify current and prior medical concerns, including behavioral health issues, and documenting results for readiness classification in the service member's medical record using our proprietary system.
