Campbell County Health (CCH) is more than just a hospital—we are a comprehensive healthcare system serving northeast Wyoming. Our organization includes Campbell County Memorial Hospital, a 90-bed acute care community hospital in Gillette; Campbell County Medical Group, featuring nearly 20 specialty and primary care clinics; and The Legacy Living & Rehabilitation Center, a long-term care facility.
As a Registered Nurse in Surgical Services, you will join a dedicated team committed to providing exceptional, patient-centered care throughout the surgical experience. This PRN role is designed for professionals who thrive in dynamic environments and are passionate about delivering high-quality outcomes. You will assess, plan, and implement nursing care while coordinating and delegating tasks to ensure seamless collaboration across departments.
Your day-to-day involves practicing in alignment with the Wyoming Nurse Practice Act, ANA standards, National Patient Safety Goals, and ASPAN Standards of Care. You will actively participate in hospital committees and Quality Improvement (CQI) teams, contributing to a culture of safety and continuous improvement. While the focus is on surgical services, flexibility is key; you may be required to work on other nursing units based on staff and patient distribution needs.
To apply, please ensure you meet the required licensure and certification standards. Candidates must be free from governmental sanctions involving healthcare and/or financial practices and must comply with the hospital's Corporate Compliance Program, including the Code of Conduct and all hospital policies and procedures.
