About the Role
The Registered Nurse joins our Surgical Services team to provide exceptional, patient-centered care throughout the surgical experience. This role is vital to ensuring seamless, high-quality outcomes by assessing, planning, and implementing nursing care while coordinating tasks across the care team.
You will collaborate with other members of the healthcare team to develop age-appropriate plans of care that address physical, psychosocial, and spiritual needs. Your day-to-day responsibilities include educating patients and families, maintaining professional clinical standards, and actively participating in hospital committees and Quality Improvement programs. You will practice in alignment with the Wyoming Nurse Practice Act, ANA standards, National Patient Safety Goals, and ASPAN Standards of Care, ensuring a clean, safe environment for all patients.

Requirements
