At Behavioral Health Works, we are dedicated to helping children and adolescents with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) thrive through personalized ABA therapy. Our team of BCBAs, Supervisors, and Behavior Technicians works closely with families to build essential skills, celebrate wins, and make a real impact within a supportive, growth-focused environment.
We are looking for fun, energetic individuals to join our team as Behavior Technicians/RBTs. In this role, you will help teach communication, social, play, and everyday life skills using ABA therapy. You will provide in-home and community-based therapy while tracking client progress during sessions.
No RBT certification? No problem. We provide the training and cover the costs for those who are passionate about making a difference and want to grow with a fast-moving team. This position is ideal for those who are comfortable driving to client sessions and have access to a smartphone or similar device to capture session data.
To apply, please ensure you meet the minimum age requirement of 21 years, as mandated by Massachusetts state insurance requirements. We encourage applications from individuals with experience or a passion for roles such as Paraprofessional, Caregiver, Youth Coach, Special Education, Social Work, or related fields, as well as those working towards or holding degrees in Education, Psychology, Sociology, or Human Development.
Behavioral Health Works is an equal opportunity employer committed to building a diverse and inclusive team.
