Our team of BCBAs, Supervisors, and Behavior Technicians works closely with families to build essential skills, celebrate wins, and make a real impact within a supportive, growth-focused environment.
About the Role
We are looking for fun, energetic individuals to join our team as Behavior Technicians/RBTs. In this role, you will help teach communication, social, play, and everyday life skills using ABA therapy. You will provide in-home and community-based therapy while tracking client progress during sessions.
No RBT certification? No problem. We provide the training and cover the costs for those who are passionate about making a difference and want to grow with a fast-moving team. This position is ideal for those who are comfortable driving to client sessions and have access to a smartphone or similar device to capture session data.
Hiring Process
