About the Role
As a Regional Reefer Driver, you will join a team dedicated to maximizing miles and earnings. This role is designed for motivated drivers who want to be productive and hit their goals. You will operate late-model tractors and 53ft trailers handling 100% no-touch freight with 30% drop and hook. The schedule typically involves being out for 11 days and returning home for 3 days, though weekends are not guaranteed.
Our culture focuses on safety and support. We provide 24/7 Operations & Maintenance Support, allowing drivers to sit down face-to-face with local leadership and shop support on-site whenever needed. Drivers are equipped with modern amenities including an APU, inverter, fridge, microwave, smart TV, satellite, free Wi-Fi, and CB radio.
