About the Role
This position is designed for motivated Regional Reefer Drivers who want a career where hard work and availability determine success, rather than seniority. The role focuses on maximizing productivity, miles, and earnings through a structure that keeps drivers moving toward their goals. Drivers will handle 100% no-touch freight with 30% drop-and-hook operations, utilizing late-model tractors and 53ft trailers equipped with modern cab amenities including APU, inverter, fridge, microwave, smart TV, satellite, free Wi-Fi, and CB radio.
