About the Role

We are seeking Regional CDL-A drivers for our Reefer and Flatbed teams. This role offers home weekly on established lanes covering Ohio, Pennsylvania, New York, Vermont, Maine, Massachusetts, Connecticut, New Jersey, Maryland, Virginia, North Carolina, Georgia, Tennessee, Missouri, Michigan, Wisconsin, and Minnesota. Whether you are an experienced driver or a recent CDL-A graduate, you will operate modern 2023–2027 Freightliner Cascadias equipped with Detroit Diesel power, automatic transmissions, APUs, and climate-controlled cabs.

That is why we have developed comprehensive quality-of-life programs, including pet-friendly policies, a no-cost passenger program for experienced drivers, and automatic reimbursements for showers, reserved parking, and meals. Our detention policy is unique: we pay drivers for their time regardless of whether the customer pays the penalty. Additionally, we offer guaranteed weekly minimum pay to support drivers when circumstances beyond their control impact earnings.
