About the Role
We are hiring Regional Reefer Drivers with a clear mission: prioritize productivity, not seniority. At Decker, your hard work and availability—not your tenure—determine your success. This role is designed for motivated drivers ready to maximize their miles and earnings. You will operate late-model tractors and 53ft trailers carrying 100% no-touch freight, with 30% drop-and-hook opportunities.
Day in the Life
You will enjoy a schedule that keeps you moving while allowing for weekly home time (typically out 11 days, home for 3 days, though weekends are not guaranteed). Our equipment is equipped with premium cab amenities, including an APU, inverter, fridge, microwave, smart TV, satellite, free Wi-Fi, and CB radio. We provide 24/7 Operations & Maintenance Support, ensuring you can always sit down face-to-face with local leadership and shop support on-site whenever needed.
