About the Role
We are hiring Regional Reefer Drivers with a clear mission: prioritize productivity, not seniority. At Decker, your hard work and availability—not your tenure—determine your success. This role is designed for motivated drivers ready to maximize their miles and earnings. If you are ready to be productive, we will keep you moving and help you hit your goals.
You will operate late-model tractors and 53ft trailers hauling 100% no-touch freight. The position offers a specific home time schedule of 11 days out and 3 days home (weekends not guaranteed), allowing you to maximize earnings while maintaining a weekly connection to home.
Support and Culture
We provide top-of-the-line equipment and 24/7 Operations & Maintenance Support. Drivers can always sit down face-to-face with local leadership and shop support on-site when needed. Our cab amenities include an APU, inverter, fridge, microwave, smart TV, satellite, free Wi-Fi, and CB radio.
