About the Role
We are hiring Regional Reefer Drivers with a clear mission: prioritize productivity, not seniority. At Decker, your hard work and availability—not your tenure—determine your success. This role is designed for motivated drivers ready to maximize their miles and earnings. You will operate late-model tractors and 53ft trailers handling 100% no-touch freight, with 30% drop-and-hook opportunities.
Day in the Life
You can expect a schedule that offers home time of 11 days out and 3 days home (weekends not guaranteed). The role features weekly pay with monthly bonus opportunities and access to top-of-the-line equipment equipped with modern cab amenities, including an APU, inverter, fridge, microwave, smart TV, satellite, free Wi-Fi, and CB radio.
Support and Culture
Decker provides 24/7 Operations & Maintenance Support. Drivers can always sit down face-to-face with local leadership and shop support on-site when needed. We also offer a pet and rider policy to help you bring your loved ones along.
