About the Role
We are hiring Regional Reefer Drivers with a clear mission: prioritize productivity, not seniority. At Decker, your hard work and availability—not your tenure—determine your success. This role is designed for motivated drivers ready to maximize their miles and earnings. You will drive late-model tractors and 53ft trailers hauling 100% no-touch freight with 30% drop and hook opportunities.
Day in the Life
You will operate with the support of 24/7 Operations & Maintenance. If you need assistance, you can always sit down face-to-face with local leadership or access on-site shop support. The schedule typically involves being out for 11 days and returning home for 3 days, though weekends are not guaranteed. Drivers enjoy a comfortable cab equipped with an APU, inverter, fridge, microwave, smart TV, satellite, free Wi-Fi, and a CB radio.
