About the Role
We are hiring Regional Reefer Drivers with a mission to prioritize productivity over seniority. At Decker, your hard work and availability—not your tenure—determine your success. This role is designed for motivated drivers ready to maximize their miles and earnings. You will operate late-model tractors and 53ft trailers with 100% no-touch freight and 30% drop & hook opportunities.
Day in the Life
You can expect a schedule that offers home time of 3 days after being out for 11 days (weekends not guaranteed). Our 24/7 Operations & Maintenance Support ensures you are never alone; drivers can always sit down face-to-face with local leadership and shop support on-site when needed. The cab is equipped with modern amenities including an APU, inverter, fridge, microwave, smart TV, satellite, free Wi-Fi, and CB radio.
