About the Role
We are hiring Regional Reefer Drivers with a mission to prioritize productivity over seniority. At Decker, your hard work and availability—not your tenure—determine your success. This role is designed for motivated drivers ready to maximize their miles and earnings. You will operate late-model tractors and 53ft trailers carrying 100% no-touch freight, with 30% drop and hook opportunities.
Drivers can expect top-of-the-line equipment featuring cab amenities such as an APU, inverter, fridge, microwave, smart TV, satellite, free Wi-Fi, and CB radio. We offer 24/7 Operations & Maintenance Support, ensuring you can always sit down face-to-face with local leadership and shop support on-site when needed.
