Drivers can look forward to weekly home time and a minimum weekly pay guarantee of $1,350 for the first six weeks. The position offers opportunities for safety bonuses and incentives based on profitability or performance, with annualized earnings influenced by factors such as training completed, endorsements, tenure, and equipment type.
Full-time drivers are eligible for a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision coverage after 30 days, PTO accrual from day one, a 401(k) with company match, life insurance, and mental health and disability benefits.
