About the Role

We are hiring Regional Reefer Drivers with a clear mission: prioritize productivity, not seniority. At Decker, your hard work and availability—not your tenure—determine your success. This role is designed for motivated drivers ready to maximize their miles and earnings. If you are ready to be productive, we will keep you moving and help you hit your goals.

You will operate late-model tractors and 53ft trailers carrying 100% no-touch freight. The position offers a specific home time schedule of 11 days out followed by 3 days at home, though weekends are not guaranteed. Drivers benefit from top-of-the-line equipment featuring cab amenities such as an APU, inverter, fridge, microwave, smart TV, satellite, free Wi-Fi, and CB radio.
