About the Role
We are hiring Regional Reefer Drivers with a clear mission: prioritize productivity, not seniority. At Decker, your hard work and availability—not your tenure—determine your success. This role is designed for motivated drivers ready to maximize their miles and earnings. You will operate late-model tractors and 53ft trailers carrying 100% no-touch freight, with 30% drop-and-hook opportunities.
Day in the Life
You can expect a schedule that balances time on the road with time at home, typically out for 11 days and home for 3 days (weekends not guaranteed). Our fleet is equipped with modern cab amenities including an APU, inverter, fridge, microwave, smart TV, satellite, free Wi-Fi, and CB radio. We provide 24/7 Operations & Maintenance Support, ensuring drivers can always sit down face-to-face with local leadership and shop support on-site when needed.
