About the Role
We are hiring Regional Reefer Drivers with a clear mission: prioritize productivity, not seniority. At Decker, your hard work and availability—not your tenure—determine your success. This role is designed for motivated drivers ready to maximize their miles and earnings. If you are ready to be productive, we will keep you moving and help you hit your goals.
You will operate late-model tractors and 53ft trailers hauling 100% no-touch freight with 30% drop and hook. The position offers a schedule of 11 days out and 3 days home (weekends not guaranteed), allowing you to maximize earnings while maintaining a weekly home routine.
Support and Culture
Drivers are never alone on the road. We provide 24/7 Operations & Maintenance Support, ensuring you can always sit down face-to-face with local leadership and shop support on-site when needed. Our equipment is top-of-the-line, featuring cab amenities such as an APU, inverter, fridge, microwave, smart TV, satellite, free Wi-Fi, and CB radio.
