About the Role
We are hiring Regional Reefer Drivers with a focus on productivity rather than seniority. In this role, your hard work and availability—not your tenure—determine your success. We offer motivated drivers the opportunity to maximize miles and earnings with late-model tractors and 53ft trailers.
You will handle 100% no-touch freight with 30% drop and hook. The schedule typically involves being out for 11 days and returning home for 3 days, though weekends are not guaranteed. Drivers benefit from 24/7 Operations & Maintenance Support, with the ability to sit down face-to-face with local leadership and shop support on-site whenever needed.
