We are seeking an experienced enterprise software sales professional to drive growth in the Northeastern U.S. and Canada as a Regional Software Sales Account Manager. In this role, you will sell FacilityForce's IWMS platform to state agencies, large cities, and counties managing complex facility operations.
You will own the end-to-end sales process, from prospecting and qualifying leads to closing complex deals. While you lead the charge, you will be backed by a robust internal team, including Sales Engineers who handle product demos and technical deep dives, and Proposal Coordinators who craft high-quality responses to RFPs and RFIs.
This position is designed for candidates with a strong background in B2B software sales. You will represent FacilityForce at trade shows and industry events, build relationships with decision-makers at the state, provincial, and municipal levels, and lead Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) with existing customers to uncover expansion opportunities.
