HOERBIGER Safety Solutions, IEP Technologies (IEP) is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to grow sales, build brand recognition, and strengthen distribution channels for our Explosion Protection product line within the HAZLOC processing industries. This role is critical for extending our reach across the Western United States, Western Canada, and Mexico.
The successful candidate will serve as a trusted technical advisor, bridging the gap between complex manufacturing processes and our life safety solutions. You will be responsible for developing long-term partnerships with end users, OEMs, system integrators, and A&E firms, while simultaneously training and supporting our network of distributors and external sales representatives.
This position requires a significant travel commitment (40-60%), including local and national trade shows and international travel for training. While the territory is vast, we prefer candidates based in Denver or Phoenix, though other locations near major airports may be considered.
In this role, you will drive strategic growth by delivering accurate sales forecasting and market intelligence to inform company decisions. You will represent HOERBIGER at customer meetings and industry events, ensuring our brand is recognized as a leader in explosion prevention and protection. A key part of your day-to-day involves managing and optimizing the regional CRM to ensure pipeline visibility, data integrity, and effective territory planning.
Based in Marlborough, Massachusetts, HOERBIGER Safety Solutions, IEP Technologies designs explosion protection solutions, manufactures prevention components, and supports customers with responsive service to prevent and suppress industrial explosions.
