HOERBIGER Safety Solutions, IEP Technologies (IEP) is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to grow sales, build brand recognition, and strengthen distribution sales channels for our Explosion Protection product line within the HAZLOC processing industries.
This role is designed for a candidate with a technical understanding of manufacturing processes in combustible liquids and vapors, powder, and bulk solids-handling industries. You will serve as a trusted technical advisor, bridging the gap between complex industrial safety needs and our innovative solutions.
The territory spans the Western United States (NM, AZ, CA, CO, UT, NV, ID, WY, MT, OR, WA), Western Canada (BC, AB, SK, MB), and Mexico. This position requires 40-60% travel, including local and national trade shows and international training. While we prefer candidates based in Denver or Phoenix, other locations close to a major airport may be considered.
You will develop and maintain long-term partnerships with end users, OEMs, system integrators, and A&E firms. Your day-to-day involves training and supporting distributors and external sales representatives across our full product portfolio. You will deliver accurate sales forecasting and market intelligence to inform strategic decisions, while representing the company at customer meetings, presentations, and trade shows. Additionally, you will manage and optimize the regional CRM to ensure pipeline visibility, data integrity, and effective territory planning.
Based in Marlborough, Massachusetts, HOERBIGER Safety Solutions, IEP Technologies (IEP), designs explosion protection solutions, manufactures explosion prevention components, and supports customers with responsive service to prevent and suppress industrial explosions.
