The Role
The Regional Sales Manager is a production-driven leadership role focused on winning markets, raising standards, and building long-term dominance across Louisiana. This position exists to drive revenue growth, expand measurable market share, and scale production statewide. You will be responsible for expanding quality listing inventory, increasing closed transaction volume, and ensuring ELIFIN captures a larger percentage of deal flow across office, retail, industrial, land, and multifamily sectors.
Success in this role requires a hands-on approach to enforcing the ELIFIN Block System, maintaining strict accountability around daily production cadences, and developing future Market Leaders from within the team. You will operate at a strategic level to translate market opportunities into measurable execution while protecting our culture of truth, accountability, and action.
