Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager, you will play a critical role in driving growth by owning a designated territory and promoting Valet Living's resident-facing amenities to multifamily communities. This role is focused exclusively on new business development, requiring you to sell to senior leaders, asset managers, and owners while building strong relationships at the regional and community level.
You will execute a comprehensive go-to-market strategy to increase market penetration, identify and close new opportunities, and navigate complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles. As a trusted subject-matter expert, you will articulate our value proposition and partner closely with Account Management and Operations teams to ensure smooth client transitions and successful service launches.
This is a blended field-based and remote role with up to 70% travel within your territory. You will thrive in a results-driven, high-performance environment where autonomy and accountability are the drivers of success.
