As a Regional Sales Director for Abbott Diabetes Care, you will drive the long-term growth of the Freestyle Libre product line by leading a high-performing, customer-centric, and agile sales force. This role exists to outmaneuver competitors, expand market share, and establish Abbott as the brand of choice throughout the region. You will act as a trusted advisor to senior healthcare stakeholders, leveraging business analytics and omnichannel strategies to create innovative solutions that evolve the use of the Freestyle Libre ecosystem.
In this position, you will manage the regional P&L, lead complex negotiations, and foster a culture of ethical, customer-centric behavior. You will be responsible for developing a robust talent pipeline, coaching managers to become leaders, and facilitating the sharing of regional best practices. The role requires balancing long-term strategic goals with short-term execution while navigating the dynamic healthcare and diabetes management landscapes.
