The General Manager serves as the senior leader of the dealership, overseeing all operational aspects including Sales, Service, Finance, Administration, and Customer Experience. This role is responsible for driving performance, employee development, customer satisfaction, and profitability while representing the company's mission, values, and brand at the highest level.
You will work closely with the VP of Sales and corporate leadership to ensure store excellence, growth, and compliance. As the face of the dealership, you will personally handle escalated customer concerns, ensuring swift resolution and retention. Your day-to-day involves setting performance goals, monitoring financial metrics, and collaborating with department managers to optimize staffing and workflow efficiency. You will also partner with the marketing team to determine effective advertising strategies and stay informed on market trends to adjust business plans accordingly.
