About the Role
The Sales Associate/Beauty Advisor is the advisor on the customer's journey. Your primary objective is to create a memorable shopping experience for our customers. Whether assisting with hair color, cosmetics, skin care, or nails, you will help our customers through their beauty experience. We provide the knowledge and training; you bring the passion and personality. You will build relationships, inspire loyalty, and recommend products that complement the customer's needs. You will also set up advertising displays, arrange merchandise to highlight sales, and ensure customers are informed about and enrolled in our Loyalty program.
