About the Role

GardaWorld is seeking a results-driven Business Development Manager to drive profitable growth across the state of Georgia. This role is designed for ambitious, self-motivated professionals ready to leverage consultative sales expertise to influence decision-makers and dominate their territory. You will sell mission-critical security solutions to corporate clients, helping protect their people, property, and operations while building long-term relationships that generate repeat business. In this position, you will partner with the Branch Manager and operations team to showcase our expertise and ensure successful service delivery. The role involves engaging clients across your territory up to 50% of the time, strengthening relationships, and driving high-value deals. It is a dynamic environment where you will navigate complex buying processes, craft tailored solutions, and pivot strategies to secure business opportunities.
