About the Role
Odin Management, an established and growing real estate development and property management company, is seeking a Regional Property Manager to join our team. This is a challenging opportunity designed for experienced professionals ready to elevate their career and earning potential.
In this role, you will focus on maximizing the profitability of assets within your defined market area. You will work closely with our Executive team to identify property goals and objectives, utilizing your analytical and administrative skills to conduct market studies, create budgets, and develop pricing strategies. As a representative of Odin Management, you will build strong relationships with counterparts and project a positive, professional image of our organization and Operations team.
Our exciting, fast-paced environment encourages teamwork and collaboration at all levels, allowing you to work and build relationships with associates across all departments and regions. You will be charged with developing effective, high-quality on-site teams and implementing quality control procedures to ensure all physical aspects of the properties remain functional, safe, and attractive.
