The Regional Property Manager (RPM) is a strategic leader responsible for the performance, growth, and culture of a portfolio of properties. Reporting to the Director of Operations and President, this role ensures operational excellence, drives NOI performance, and builds high-performing teams through coaching, mentorship, and accountability.
This position requires balancing business acumen with people leadership. You will guide Community Managers and site teams to deliver exceptional Gold Standard resident experiences while cultivating talent for future growth. You will shape communities, build lasting relationships, and grow your own career along the way. This role is based in Indianapolis, IN, and involves significant travel (75%) to manage a multi-state portfolio.
