As a Leasing Consultant, you serve as the face of our community, playing a pivotal role in a competitive marketplace. You are the primary point of contact for prospective residents, current tenants, and visitors, responsible for driving occupancy goals while ensuring an exceptional resident experience. Your work directly influences the community's success through effective marketing, lease management, and relationship building.
This position is more than just filling units; it is about creating a welcoming environment. You will guide prospects through the leasing journey, from the initial tour to move-in, while supporting current residents with day-to-day inquiries and renewal processes. Success in this role requires a blend of sales acumen, customer service excellence, and a deep commitment to Fair Housing standards.
Your day begins with preparing the leasing office and community for visitors, ensuring the model unit, leasing path, and amenities are pristine. You will greet prospects warmly, showcase apartments, and navigate the application process with care and efficiency. Beyond the office, you will engage in outside marketing efforts to attract new residents and maintain strong relationships with local universities and community partners.
We value a team-oriented culture where attention to detail and a positive attitude are paramount. Whether you are coordinating move-in logistics, managing work orders with the maintenance team, or conducting follow-ups with leads, your enthusiasm and professionalism set the tone for the entire community. You will work closely with the Assistant Manager and Community Manager to ensure all operations run smoothly and that every resident feels valued.
Candidates with a professional demeanor and experience in sales, leasing, or customer service are encouraged to apply. We look for individuals who can communicate effectively with prospective students, parents, and university personnel. Please submit your resume and a brief cover letter outlining your relevant experience and interest in property management.
We are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity at our company. We do not discriminate on the basis of race, religion, color, national origin, gender, sexual orientation, age, marital status, veteran status, or disability status.
