About the Role
This opportunity allows you to utilize your skills at Wildwood, one of our premier communities. As a Leasing Consultant, you will play an active role in the renewal process and help develop an ongoing resident retention program under the direction of the Property Manager. Your day-to-day will involve courteous and efficient handling of resident requests, maintaining professional files, and ensuring our model and target apartments are ready for showings with a keen awareness of curb appeal.
You will serve as the face of our community, utilizing sales techniques to meet leasing closing ratios while staying informed on current market conditions, rental rates, and amenities. This role requires you to "shop" competitive properties, complete market updates, and participate in property marketing efforts. Schedule & Compensation
This is a part-time position with a schedule of Saturday 10a-4p and Sunday 11a-3p. Compensation is $20 per hour, commensurate with experience, plus leasing commissions.
