Communication is the cornerstone of this position. Drivers primarily transport pharmaceutical goods and general freight, often utilizing refrigerated equipment. The role focuses on line-haul operations with no driver load or unload duties required; shippers and receivers typically handle parking arrangements. Drivers generally operate on a 10-on/3-off or 14-on/4-off schedule, though staying out longer is an option for those seeking higher earning opportunities and premium loads.
Hiring Process & Orientation
We offer a paid orientation program designed to support new drivers. Accommodation is provided with private rooms, and meals (breakfast, lunch, and dinner) are included. The company also covers some or all travel expenses to ensure a smooth transition.
