About the Role
Communication is key in this position. Drivers primarily transport pharmaceutical goods or general freight in refrigerated line-haul trucks. The schedule typically follows a 10-on/3-off or 14-on/4-off rotation, though drivers have the flexibility to stay out longer for higher-earning opportunities and premium loads.
Due to the nature of these deliveries, parking is generally pre-arranged by the shipper and receiver, and drivers are not required to perform loading or unloading duties.
Hiring Process & Orientation
We offer a paid orientation program to ensure a smooth start. During this period, accommodation is covered with drivers receiving their own room, and all meals (breakfast, lunch, and dinner) are included. The program also covers some or all travel expenses.
