About the Role

We are seeking experienced CDL-A Flatbed Truck Drivers for a dedicated regional route based out of our Fresno, CA terminal (Division 225). In this role, you will operate modern flatbed trucks equipped with cutting-edge safety technologies, including lane departure warnings, forward collision systems, and satellite communication devices. Your safety is paramount; our fleet is meticulously maintained, and no truck leaves the shop until it is 100% ready for the road.

This position offers a balance of independence and support. You will be on the road for 2-3 weeks at a time, returning home for 2-3 days. While you drive, you can rely on our 24/7/365 road service staff and shops for immediate assistance. Additionally, our award-winning Driver Portal app provides real-time updates, pay access, and direct communication with support teams.

Hiring Process & Application

To join our team, you must meet specific safety and experience qualifications, including a valid Class A CDL, a clean driving record, and the physical ability to lift a 90-pound tarp onto a 5-foot high platform twice. We also require a background check, a clean drug test, and a clean Clearinghouse result.

We understand that changing jobs is never easy. To support your transition, we offer a $1,800 Transition Package, with $1,000 specifically allocated for orientation during your first two weeks. This allows you to focus on driving while we handle the rest.
