About the Role
We are hiring experienced CDL-A flatbed truck drivers for regional and Over-The-Road (OTR) routes in the western region of America. As a driver, you will be transporting important goods and materials such as glass, steel, aluminum, building materials, machinery, coils, and specialty metals.
This opportunity is based in Spokane, WA, within Division 200. The typical schedule involves being out for 3 weeks followed by 3 days off, though route options may vary. You will drive the newest flatbed trucks equipped with cutting-edge technologies for your comfort and safety. Our modern fleet is meticulously maintained; every tractor features lane departure and forward collision warning systems, hard brake monitoring, and satellite communication devices. If a truck needs repairs, it will not go out until it is 100% ready to hit the road again safely.
Driver Support & Culture
Your safety is always paramount to us. We support our drivers with 24/7/365 road service staff and shops. Additionally, our award-winning Driver Portal app, made for drivers by drivers, provides real-time updates, alerts, pay access, trip data, and direct contact with support.
We understand that changing jobs is never easy. That is why we offer a transition package that invests in you, including orientation pay to help you focus on driving while we handle the rest. We also offer a guest rider policy allowing riders aged 7 and up after 90 days of safe driving (note: pets are not allowed).
