About the Role

We are seeking experienced CDL-A flatbed truck drivers for regional routes out of our Kansas City, MO terminal (Division 290). As a driver, you will be responsible for transporting heavy and specialized cargo across the western region of America. This role offers a schedule designed for work-life balance, with most weekends off for a 34-hour reset.

The equipment you will drive is part of our commitment to your safety and comfort. Our modern flatbed trucks are meticulously maintained and equipped with cutting-edge technologies, including lane departure and forward collision warning systems, hard brake monitoring, and satellite communication devices. We ensure that no truck leaves the shop until it is 100% ready for the road.

For those new to the industry, we are offering a special opportunity through May 31, 2026. Recent CDL-A graduates may apply to join our team, receive training, and start their driving career with us. Qualified applicants with a valid CDL-A license can become part of the "America Proud, Flatbed Strong" team.

Hiring Process & Application

To join our team, applicants must meet specific hiring qualifications, including a valid Class A CDL, being 21 years of age or older, and maintaining a safe driving record. For flatbed positions, drivers must be physically able to lift a 90-pound tarp onto a 5-foot high platform twice, as tarping approximately 70% of our loads is a core part of the job.

We understand that changing jobs is never easy, which is why we offer a $1,800 transition package. This includes $1,000 allotted for orientation during your first two weeks, allowing you to focus on driving while we handle the rest.
