About the Role

We are seeking experienced CDL-A flatbed truck drivers for our Division 272 terminal in Denver, CO. This role focuses on regional routes in the western region of America, offering the opportunity to home for the weekend. As a driver, you will operate modern flatbed trucks equipped with cutting-edge technologies designed for your comfort and safety, such as lane departure warnings, forward collision systems, and satellite communication devices.

A key aspect of this position is the physical nature of flatbed hauling; drivers will tarp approximately 70% of loads, requiring the ability to lift a 90-pound tarp onto a 5-foot high platform. We support our drivers with a dedicated 24/7/365 road service staff and shops to ensure every tractor is meticulously maintained and ready for the road. Additionally, our award-winning Driver Portal app provides real-time updates, pay access, and direct communication with support teams.

Hiring Process & Application

To join our team, candidates must meet specific safety and experience qualifications, including a valid Class A CDL, a clean drug test and background check, and a safe driving record. We also require that applicants have no more than six jobs in the last three years and possess at least four months of driving experience. For flatbed opportunities, candidates must pass a physical test demonstrating the ability to tarp loads during orientation.

We understand that changing jobs is never easy, which is why we offer a $1,800 Transition Package to support your move. This includes $1,000 allocated for orientation during your first two weeks, allowing you to focus on driving while we handle the rest.
