The Regional Field Manager will lead all aspects of facilities management services to our partner's premises, serving as the primary liaison between our operations and the premises management teams. This role exists to ensure the seamless delivery of electromechanical, refrigeration, and HVAC services, maintaining high standards of quality and value.
In this position, you will manage the delivery of services through direct teams supported by supervisors, while also overseeing approved vendors for specialized work. Your day will involve managing small projects, liaising with suppliers for quotations, and actively collaborating with the Help Desk to drive the best service outcomes across all sites. You will be responsible for monitoring performance against key KPIs, ensuring budgetary control, and implementing corrective action plans to address any service gaps.
