About the Company
Operating since 2016, Quality Life Science Transportation LLC treats its drivers as family rather than just numbers. We operate regionally and OTR, taking on 1099 Company Drivers and Owner-Operators to transport pharmaceutical goods and general freight.
About the Role
Communication is key in this position. Drivers will handle line-haul deliveries where the majority of the time, parking is already set up by the shipper and receiver. The role offers a schedule of either 10 on & 3 off or 14 on & 4 off, with the option to stay out longer for higher earning opportunities and loads.
Drivers operate in trucks equipped with double sleeper bunks, fridges, microwaves, and TVs. Please note that pets and riders are not guaranteed.
Compensation & Benefits
Starting pay is $1,600 per week, prorated based on any days requested off. After a 3-month probation period, performance is evaluated, and drivers advance to $1,700 or $1,800 per week. Thereafter, performance is evaluated annually, with a maximum of $2,000 per week.
Hiring Process & Orientation
We offer paid orientation where accommodation is covered, and drivers receive their own room. Meals (breakfast, lunch, and dinner) are included, and travel expenses are covered. Upon completion of orientation, drivers begin their route.
