The company is one of the largest Midwestern contractors specializing in the restoration of aging structures and the waterproofing of new construction. Its project portfolio spans complex below-grade waterproofing for large industrial facilities, high-rise commercial weatherproofing, bridge protection, and the delicate restoration of historic structures.
The company is seeking a Regional Director to lead its Cleveland office and broader Ohio operations. This is a senior leadership opportunity to build upon a strong and profitable platform—not a turnaround. The region has a capable team, a solid backlog extending into 2026, and approximately $15M in annual revenue, with a workforce of 50–60 during peak seasons.
The Regional Director will have full accountability for the region's performance, including sales growth, operations, financial results, talent development, and client relationships. This role offers the opportunity to run an autonomous business unit while leveraging the resources, reputation, and expertise of a well-established national organization.
The Regional Director will lead a team of Project Managers, Estimators, Project Engineers, Superintendents, a Warehouse Manager, and Administrative staff, and will oversee union field labor represented by Bricklayers, Laborers, Cement Masons, Roofers, and Operating Engineers.
This role requires a hands-on, visible leader who can drive growth, mentor talent, strengthen client relationships, and uphold the company's high standards for execution and professionalism.
