This Regional Business Manager role is a senior leadership position designed to lead regional commercial strategy and execution for the Research portfolio. It is a strategic, people-centric, and customer-obsessed role where you will strengthen the Waters brand, win new business, and expand long-term value with existing customers.
Reporting to the General Manager, Research Sales West, you will own regional performance and lead a selling model across reagents and instruments. Your mission is to shape customer strategy, develop sales talent, and deliver tailored solution-based engagements that align Waters' capabilities to customer needs. Success in this role is driven by scientific leadership, commercial excellence, and trusted customer partnerships, offering the opportunity to shape regional strategy and develop the next generation of sales leaders.
