We are seeking a Regional Business Manager who is ready to be part of a people-first company offering best-in-class products, exceptional training, and deep industry pride. This role is built to help our partners and team succeed in the Southwest region, covering key markets in California, Nevada, Arizona, and New Mexico. You will lead the division's revenue, market share, and profit growth for Elevate and Genflex, working closely with senior leadership to foster a strong sales force and drive strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • check_circleDevelop and implement strategic sales plans to drive revenue and market share growth
  • check_circleManage independent sales representatives and Territory Sales Managers within the Southwest region
  • check_circleLead regional sales meetings and participate in trade shows and customer events
  • check_circleMonitor local sales channels, competitors, pricing, and market positioning to inform strategy

  • check_circleCreate accurate regional forecasts and provide insights on customer and market performance using Salesforce
  • check_circleProvide training and resources to sales teams to ensure technical and presentation skills proficiency

Requirements

The Wisconsin Department of Children and Families, headquartered in Madison, Wisconsin, operates within the Government Administration industry to oversee and administer programs supporting children and families across the state. The department manages county-level delivery of essential services designed to protect vulnerable youth and strengthen family units. Key responsibilities include providing protection and services for children in need, facilitating adoption and foster care placements, and licensing facilities that offer out-of-home care.
