Spectrum Center Schools and Programs is looking for candidates who meet the following requirements: Master's degree or higher in applied behavior analysis, behavioral therapy, special education or related field; Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential or in process of obtaining; Valid CA state driver's license or ability to obtain; Crisis management training certification or ability to obtain; Special education instruction credential preferred; and Prior experience in behavioral support, special education, or behavioral health settings.
