We believe in providing more than just a job. Our culture welcomes innovation, encourages creative expression, and offers limitless potential for personal and professional satisfaction. At ChanceLight, every day is a chance to transform lives through education, where growth, empowerment, and collaboration define our work.
As a Regional Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), you will join our award-winning Special Education team to perform meaningful work across multiple Spectrum School locations in the SF Bay Area (Antioch, Pittsburg, Concord, Oakland, and San Pablo). You will play a pivotal role in transforming the lives of students in Grades K-12 by providing tailored clinical and educational interventions designed to meet each learner's unique needs.
In this collaborative, goal-oriented environment, you will lead with expertise, guiding and mentoring your team through hands-on training and professional development.
